Tunes 4 My Party mobile DJ service is among the elite of the Houston DJ service scene. We consistently go above and beyond our clients expectations, and to date, have never had a client that wasn’t 100% satisfied with our services. What’s our formula for success? It’s pretty simple, we don’t take the easy road. Ross Henning with Tunes 4 My Party begins by meeting with our clients to build a rapport and discuss the client’s event in detail. This allows us to learn exactly what the client wants, and allows us to make suggestions if there’s something the client isn’t sure about. On the day of the event, we show up early...giving ourselves more than enough time to setup, test everything to make sure it’s working properly, tailor the sound to the room, and then give ourselves enough time to get cleaned up and dressed for the event, and ready to put on the show. We don’t cut corners anywhere. We buy only the best audio and lighting equipment in the business, and we’re constantly updating to make sure that we maintain systems that best our competition. We keep our music library up to date with the very latest music in all major genres, updated weekly. We’re a proud member of the Greater Houston Area Mobile Music Association (GHAMMA), which allows us to keep up on current trends, and also provides us with a source of other top notch DJs as a backup just in case. Other services might chance fate, but we’re realistic in knowing that you just never know what might happen; illness, an accident on the way to the event, etc. It’s just good business to have a backup. We’re also fully insured, something that many DJs seem to ignore the need for these days.

DJ Services Pricing

While Tunes 4 My Party maintains the highest quality DJ services in the Houston area, we also try to maintain reasonable pricing. We’re definitely not the cheapest in town (nor are we the most expensive), but DJ services are like most other things, where you often get what you pay for (within reason). We encourage all of our clients to read an article by GHAMMA, called, “How to Hire a DJ”. This article provides some really good advice. It’s important for our clients to understand that because we take so much care in preparing for our events, a four hour performance can easily consume 8 - 12 hours or more of our time. Meeting with our clients in person, preparing playlists, traveling to and from the event location, setting up and tearing down, it all adds up. Of course, we could do as many bargain Houston area DJs do, and simply show up an hour before your event with no preparation, but then we wouldn’t be any better than the rest. In addition to the time investment, Tunes 4 My Party shows up at your event with anywhere from $15,000 to $40,000 or more in equipment (depending on the event size). Add to that the cost of music, vehicle upkeep and licensing, advertising, insurance, etc. You get the picture, it costs a lot of money to run this business the right way. Someone who sells their services for a low price simply can’t be putting that much into it. Please keep this in mind when selecting a DJ for your event. If your event is worth having high quality entertainment, please don’t take a chance on ruining it with a budget DJ.
